the prospect of warm weather is so enticing these days... there are so many things i'm looking forward to - picnics in the park, movies under the brooklyn bridge, trips to block island to bike around to all the hidden little beaches, barbeques outside with friends, farmers markets and flea markets, blue marble ice cream, the botanical garden that i've still never visited...

i know i'm getting ahead of myself (seeing how yesterday was beautiful but i still woke up this morning to snow flurries) but i think its possible that a little spring is exactly what i need to get over this long, seemingly endless winter...
